L’équipe du Népal Team GIC Re dirigée par M. Ashok K Roy a visité le Népal du 5 juin au 8 juin cette année. L'objectif de cette visite était de renforcer les relations entre le secteur de l'assurance népalaise et GIC Re.
L’équipe du Népal Team GIC Re dirigée par M. Ashok K Roy a visité le Népal du 5 juin au 8 juin cette année. L'objectif de cette visite était de renforcer les relations entre le secteur de l'assurance népalaise et GIC Re. In addition to meeting the various Nepalese insurers, team GIC Re also met senior officials including Prof. Dr.Fatta Bahadur K.C. Chairman,of Nepal Beema Samiti, the Nepalese Insurance Regulator. Mr. Roy also addressed the Nepal Insurers Association. In his speech CMD – GIC Re informed about GIC Re's financial results for 2011-12. He emphasised on the fact that GIC Re valued its relationship with Nepal and is dedicated to the development of Nepal Insurance Market. He also explained the need of introduction of Event Limits on account of Solvency II regulations. Mr. Roy offered a strategic partnership with Nepal, for exchange of technical knowledge and underwriting skills for a period of about 3 years.
