Grievance Redressal

Our Grievance Redressal Mechanism works through the CPGRAMS (Central Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System) portal which is hosted by the Ministry of Electronics and IT and owned by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, with the officials in charge handling the various stages of the grievance redressal process.

Nodal officer representing GIC: Mr. Manoj Kaware, AGM - Applications pertaining to GIC are handled by the Nodal Officer. The Nodal Officer acts upon the applications, and they are disposed of accordingly.

Sub Appellate Authority: Mrs. Manali Patke, DGM - If the claimant is not satisfied with the reply, an appeal may be filed to the Sub Appellate Authority.
