Jayashri B. is a Postgraduate in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (FIII), and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), London.

Over the course of her career with the Corporation, she has handled a diverse range of functions across various domains. Her experience encompasses Investment Operations and Accounts, Reinsurance Operations (including Claims Management), Audit, Budgeting and Forecasting, Corporate Communications, Credit Rating, Broker Relationship Management, and Investor Relations. Recognized for her results-driven approach, she has consistently led initiatives to successful completion within stipulated timelines while ensuring high standards of execution.

She currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Corporation and is responsible for overseeing Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Procurement, Non-Performing Assets (NPA), Investment (Mid and Back Office), Office Services Department, INTOPS, ITMG, Digital Team, Actuary, Claims Vertical, and General Accounts.
