Mrs. Manali Manoj Patke joined GIC Re in 1988 and has over 37 years of experience in the Corporation. She holds a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of the Insurance Institute of India. Her career spans diverse roles across HR, Reinsurance Underwriting, and Claims Management. She led portfolios in Foreign & Domestic Property Business, Life Re Underwriting & Claims, and Obligatory (Technical).

Currently as General Manager, she oversees key departments including: - Human Resource Management, Claims Vertical, Vigilance Compliance, Audit & Compliance (Internal & CAG), Budgeting, Right to Information, Grievance Redressal & Complaints, and Legal.
