Mrs Jayashri Prabhu joined GIC Re on Jan 16, 1998. She is an Economics graduate from Mumbai University and an Associate of Insurance Institute of India. Over her span of 25 years of service, she has worked in various departments within the organization. She has successfully handled varied assignments in Reinsurance, Protection, Training, PF Pension, CSR, Credit Rating, Investor Relations, Corporate Communication, etc. Currently, on promotion to Deputy General Manager, she heads Reinsurance in Health and Life along with Obligatory Technical department.
