Mrs Pradnya Prabhu joined GIC Re on June 4, 1990. She is a Science graduate from Mumbai University and a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India.

In her 36 years of service, she has worked in various departments within the organization and handled varied assignments in Official Language, Technical Deptt, Reinsurance, Property Retrocession, Investment Accounts.

Currently, on promotion to Deputy General Manager, she is associated with Reinsurance Property Foreign and Reinsurance Pools.
