Mr. Mukesh Waghela joined GIC Re in 1988. He is commerce graduate from Mumbai University and an Associate of Insurance Institute of India.

During his 33 years of service, he has worked in various department within the organisation i.e Finance, Reinsurance (marine) underwriting and claims, aviation claims and claims vertical.

Currently as Deputy General Manager he holds the portfolios of procurement department, Investment Mid back and NPA cell, ERM and CSR.
